Soft orange cookies


  • 550gr 00 flour
  • 100gr honey
  • 160ml Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium egg
  • 150ml organic orange juice
  • 2 organic oranges zested
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • Powdered Cinnamon (optional)


In a large bowl mix with a fork egg, honey and oil together. Add juice and zest of the oranges and fold the sifted flour, salt and baking powder.

Mix it well.

Wrap the orange dough with film and let it rest one hour in the fridge. After, form small balls and lay them on a tin covered with parchment paper.

Bake the cookies at 180° C for about 12/15 minutes. You can sprinkle them with powdered cinnamon if you like.
