During crop year, goods are shipped, every Monday and Tuesday, the delivery will be on average within 48/72 hours.

They are packaging specifically designed to provide maximum reliability and safety during the transport phase.
Customers must immediately report any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of boxes or indications, affixing Acceptance With reservation on the test of delivery of the courier.
This allows you to protect yourself in case you’ve found any anomaly after opening. Only in the latter case will it be necessary to report the incident via email to email@example.com.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer cannot make any legal claims regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problem concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the items received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, according to the procedures enlisted in this document.
The shipping costs in Italy or abroad will be subject to payment.
