- 4 pieces of slamon
- 1 organic orange
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Mint leaves
Cover a baking tin with parchment paper and preheat the oven at 180° C. Salt your salmon and pour it with lemon and orange juice, then place in the tin.
Slice the organic orange thinly and put it on top of the salmon. Bake for at least 20 minutes: salmon has to be well-cooked but still soft on the inside.
Take out of the oven and plate it, seasoning with some extra-virgin olive oil. Moist with some cooking liquid of the salmon, and decorate with baked orange slices and some fresh mint leaves.
